Call for Suppliers – 2026 Approved Supplier List

The Centre for Natural Resource Governance (CNRG) is inviting applications from qualified and reputable suppliers across Zimbabwe for inclusion in its 2026 Approved Supplier List. This call is open to both existing and prospective service providers seeking to partner with CNRG in delivering impactful work that advances transparency, accountability, and sustainable natural resource governance.

As an organization working at the intersection of communities, policy, and extractive industries, CNRG relies on a diverse network of service providers to support its operations. The 2026 supplier framework is designed to strengthen this network by engaging suppliers who demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and a commitment to quality service delivery.

We are seeking suppliers across a wide range of categories, including but not limited to consultancies, research services, media production, catering, construction and maintenance, IT services, logistics, printing, and security services. Suppliers with the capacity to deliver in multiple categories are encouraged to apply, noting that separate applications must be submitted for each category.

Interested applicants are required to submit a comprehensive application that includes a company profile, relevant registration documents, tax clearance, and traceable references from reputable organizations. Applications must be compiled into a single PDF document and submitted via email, with the subject line clearly indicating the category and specific goods or services being applied for.

Please note that this call is an invitation to register interest and does not constitute a guarantee of business. All applications will undergo a thorough assessment and vetting process, and only successful applicants will be contacted. Current suppliers are also required to reapply to be considered for the 2026 list.

Submission Deadline: 30 May 2026
Submission Email: cnrgprocurement@gmail.com

CNRG looks forward to building strong, transparent, and mutually beneficial partnerships with suppliers who share its vision of responsible and equitable resource governance in Zimbabwe.
